2 months later and £1800 up...
Just a mighty quick (A-levels are calling) update on the breakdown of the fundraising efforts so far...
Initial deposit: £220
Sponsored bike ride: ~ £900 and still going!
Cake sales and Valentine's day: £60
February Ball Cloakroom: £90
Vintage Travel have very kindly sponsored £150 towards the bike ride
Hills Road Student Council: £200
Charitable Trust grants: £300 (and I have an interview in London later this month with another).
Total: £1730
It will be great to hit the half way mark: next plans include bag packing at supermarkets and a big village litter pick! Soon to start a kind of 'RAGs' style society at college, as there's lots of fundraising going on at the moment for the worthy Ndamase School Choir trip.
